I look through the window in amazement. Dazzling whiteness against the clear blue sky.
I’m happy with my dark chocolate writing on the white coconut cake.
Girls lay next to me, each on one side, in the big bed. I close my eyes and listen to the sweet melody of their voices while they pick on each other.
